🍹 OPTIONS
- Unlimited Soft drinks (Non-Alcoholic & Juice) — Rs. 100/- per person
- Additional 1 Veg & 1 Non-Veg snack on top of standard package — Rs. 200/- per person
- Additional 2 Veg & 2 Non-Veg snacks on top of standard package — Rs. 300/- per person
- Nepali Brand Whisky, Beer, Wine & Soft Drinks — Rs. 750/- per person (Unlimited for 4 hours)
⏰ SERVING TIME
- Lunch program: 8 AM - 4 PM
- Dinner program: 5 PM - 11 PM
- Snacks served for 2.5 hours (Lunch) & 3 hours (Dinner)
- Bar closes at 9:00 PM
- DJ closes at 9:00 PM (winter) / 9:30 PM (summer)
- Minimum 400 pax required for booking both halls
- Additional Hall Charge: Rs. 75,000/- if under 400 pax
💰 PAYMENT POLICY
- Rs. 75,000/- advance required to hold date
- 75% of total amount must be paid 7 days before event
- Menu must be fixed 7 days before event
- Guaranteed guests cannot be reduced within 72 hours (extra guests can be added 24 hrs prior)
- Remaining balance must be paid on the event day (no post-dated cheques)
- Pay for guaranteed pax + extra plates used
- Dinner & Snacks plates counted separately — after 10% discount, pay whichever is higher
- Only 10% extra pax allowed; exceeding 10% → 25% extra rate per plate
- Late fee: Rs. 25,000/- if not closed on time
- Extra charges for DJ, Live Music, Decorations, BBQ, Photography, Additional Menu
- 1% service charge when alcohol served
- 2% service charge when cocktails/mocktails served (includes bar staff & ice)
📅 CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY
- Full refund — cancellations before 90 days
- 50% refund — cancellations before 60 days
- No refund — cancellations within 30 days or less
- 50% refund — cancellations due to death of close ones (no refund if within 21 days)
- No charge for postponing to a future available date
- Right to cancel/change menu in emergencies with full refund
- Booking auto-cancelled if no response within 24 hours
- Full refund if dissatisfied and informed within 7 days of first advance payment/signing
⚠ LOSS OR DAMAGE
- Not liable for damage/loss to parked vehicles or personal belongings
- Client fully responsible for damage to Heritage Palace property (plates, glasses, furniture, equipment, building)
